Master Creator/Instructor Ainsley Diaz Stevens talks about and her professional background and the journey towards the creation of BlaZe Dance Fitness. Primarily I am a Performing Artist and I have had many years within the Performing Arts industry. I am a recording artist, singer/songwriter, professional dancer and actress but have also always been very active in sports and fitness. This backgrou
nd in performance and love of dance and fitness combined, has been a big factor in leading me to create the BlaZe Dance Fitness Program. I have built up quite a few fitness qualifications and certifications over the years in Personal Training, Aerobic and Group Instruction, Dance Fitness (mixed style) Barre Fitness, Core Rev Bootcamp, FXP Hula Hoop, UGI Fitness, Indoor Cycling, Pilates, CPR and First Aid, Asthma/Anaphylactic Awareness. I love being a part of every client's personal fitness journey, being able to be there to help engage, motivate and educate them towards their goals is very gratifying. So in looking to create something that combined two of my passions, I wanted it to not only be a whole lot of fun, but a system that could tailor to all fitness levels with no dance experience necessary. A class that anyone could take part in and gain the weight shedding results and bodily benefits of loose, fluid, free movement through expression! I wanted every participant to leave feeling uplifted, accomplished and confident, eliminating the negative psyche of defeat that many feel as an adult attending dance classes! The teaching and choreography approach is carefully executed with this in mind. So I began developing BlaZe with those two ideas as my focus, creating not only a physical workout that is attainable but one that lifts you up in mind, body, soul and spirit. I look forward to sharing this experience and spreading the love of FLAME, FIRE, LIGHT & GLOW! Find a BlaZe class near you today!
