BE INTENTIONAL

If you are working a BACK movement then make sure you are trying your hardest on each rep to use your BACK.

There are going to be times in some movements where you feel a weakness somewhere else.

This is OK.

Your body is telling you to work on that weakness so you can get the most out of the current movement.

Take your weight in lbs and that is how many grams I would like you to try and get in protein PER DAY!

There are three main macronutrients for those that don't know them by now:
- Protein 🍖
- Carbohydrates 🌾
- Fats (lipids) 🧈

Resolution Day #3 Tip:

Make sure you are consuming as close to 1g of protein for every lb you weigh! 🍗

For example, if you weigh 185 lbs then you should be trying to get 185 grams of protein in your diet per day!!

Especially as we age it becomes more difficult to keep and build muscle. Without the proper amount of protein you can kiss all of that gym time goodbye and a waste 😭
