FitnessByPhyllis Personal Training and Group Fitness Classes for Women, Men and Children ages 7-14. Work one on one Why waste time? Most importantly, I am a teacher.

Maximum efforts gain maximum results and therefore I firmly believe in working hard, working safely, and working efficiently. My classes and training sessions combine high intensity plyometric cardiovascular moves and full body resistance moves to burn the most amount of calories during and after the workout and to strengthen every muscle in the body with little to no equipment. My students learn

to use their own body weight and the power of their own minds to build muscle, push past their comfort zones and gain tremendous self respect along the way. I constantly introduce and teach new moves, safely and effectively, in many variations. There is always something to strive for, but ultimately the goal remains the same, to teach moms, dads, men, women and children how to take care of themselves through exercise and nutrition, for a lifetime.
