She told me she was too busy. That she’d tried programs before, GLP-1s and they never stuck. That she wasn’t sure she had the time or the energy for one more thing on her plate.

She signed up anyway.

One week later she sent me a message. She said: “I’m really happy I started this program because honestly I feel much less stressed and more focused…”

She lost inches. But more than that she got her energy back. She stopped dreading Mondays. She started showing up to her workouts before work because she wanted to, not because she had to.

Can I be honest with you for a second?

I didn’t become a wellness coach because I had everything figured out. I became one because I was exhausted, I was running on fumes, and I finally found something that actually worked and I couldn’t keep it to myself.

For 9 years I was the President and CEO of the Yountville Chamber of Commerce. I loved that work. I was good at it. But I was also the person who put herself last. Every. Single. Day.

When I left that role a little over a year ago, I made a decision. I was going to bet on myself. Figure out what it actually felt like to be well not just functional. Not just surviving the week.

The FASTer Way changed everything for me. My energy. My strength. My clarity. The way I show up every day.

Now I get to help other women find that same thing. Women who are ambitious and capable and completely depleted. Women who are really good at taking care of everyone else and have forgotten how to take care of themselves.
