Have a sore shoulder/elbow/bicep muscle this morning. Feeling so blessed to be sore from hitting a chest press pr vs being sore from arthritis, inflammation and all the other things that settle in from being inactive. Let’s go folks!! One life. You have today. This moment. How are you going to spend it. It is and has always been your choice.

I have had a few heavy lifting weeks!!! Guess what happened? I got stronger from lifting heavy!!! We all can allow changes in schedules and routine to be a reason/excuse to stray from what we said we would do or what we declared we really wanted to do no matter what OR WE CAN BEND AND MOVE/SHIFT WITH AND AROUND TO CONTINUE TOWARDS OUR GOALS/DREAMS.

Busy couple of weeks. Events, family and work schedules. Do you get caught in the daily items and lose sight of that one thing you really wanted to spend time with daily? How do you get back on track? What small action step or reminder helps you keep that 1 thing “in” your daily routine no matter what? What are you looking to spend more time doing? How happy do you look forward to feeling? I love exploring these questions and witnessing you realizing the answers….and that you knew the answers all along….they just needed some light reflected their way! Have bright flashlight….reach out. How open are you today to this shift in our weather that may change your plans for this weekend and the beginning of the coming week? Are you flowing with it and being open to the change..... or are you closed to the idea of allowing it to be a little magical? There is no right or wrong answer....just awareness for anyone willing and interested to explore within themselves. This is what I LOVE doing and I delight in helping others have that ...oh wow, I didn't realize how much I was holding back from or how hard I push against change or how excited I get with the idea of something different..maybe i will seek out different on purpose now.
