After many years of coaching clients through significant career and life transition, I know for sure that while change is disorienting, messy, and even painful, there is also purpose, power, and an opportunity to become more of who you genuinely are on the other side. Same goes for leaders and executives who are being stretched as you move to higher levels of conversation, accountability, and confidence.

My favorite part of this new book world is making beautiful connections.
