Good Morning everyone. Here is an update I wanted everyone to be able to read. Please message me with any and all questions:
Several parents asked if we could postpone the season due to All Stars, and we did have several players to make all stars so we decided to wait until it was over due to being short on several teams due to the fact. This is why we did not start the season this month as planned. 12 year old team is still currently playing so unsure when they will be finished. However, some of the very same parents who asked me to wait on their athletes to be able to play have now questioned why we haven’t started the season yet since their children are now done with All stars. I waited on these athletes out of kindness so everyone could participate, but that has now proven to be a mistake on my part. I have learned through this experience that there are some people who will never be satisfied nor happy no matter what you do to try and cater to them. I say all that to say this. I will be sending out refunds to everyone and we will not be having a Summer season. Unfortunately some parents ruined it for everyone and I truly hate that for the parents who have been kind and understanding and for the athletes who will miss out on the opportunity. We will be running our winter season as planned and it will be played on the dates set regardless of what anyone has planned or going on to prevent this from happening again. For those who have been kind and supportive I truly appreciate it. I hate that something meant to be a positive experience for our youth has turned into a negative experience due to a few bad apples.
