FALL BALL PREP: It’s Not About Swings, It’s About Sync

October is where the truth shows up. Summer training either shows up or shows holes. You can tell fast… timing’s off, eyes are lazy, body’s not in sync. Most players think fall is just a tune-up. It’s not. It’s where you either build rhythm or lose it.

This month isn’t about piling up reps. It’s about alignment.
