Today it took me an hr to walk 2.5 miles when it use to take me an hr to walk 3 not to mention I almost cussed out the stairs cause I could only walk up them 4xs instead of 7. Trying not to go crazy buy also trying to find a Happy medium and balance is NOT EASY....bit I'm going to keep pushing taking it day by day 🙃

Then and now
1) I can't believe I was this small and still thought I had to loose some weight
2) I used to design my whole life around the gym and low-key still wasn't satisfied
3) I was Hungry all the got damn time and I was only eating the bare minimum to satisfy my hunger
4) I look in the mirror now and I feel like I've let myself go
5) I'm trying to find a Happy medium and I realize that I really need to work on things within in order to be fully satisfied 😌
That's what I'm doing now enough with the scale done with starving myself just focusing on happiness
42 is a whole new focus and I'm trying to find a balance between fantasy and reality
