This weekend may not have ended with rings or trophies, but it showed something just as important — GROWTH. ⚓️💙💛

Chiefs Nation stepped up and competed in an 8U tournament against older competition, and these boys showed flashes of everything they’ve been working so hard on. Toughness. Confidence. Teamwork. Energy. Heart.

Did we make mistakes? Absolutely. But we also saw incredible spark from this group and proof that the hard work is paying off. Hard hit balls, aggressive plays, moments of grit, and boys refusing to quit even after FIVE games in one day. They were exhausted, but they kept battling together until the very end.

That’s what development looks like. That’s what growth looks like.

Every tournament, every inning, every rep — this team is continuing to improve and build something special. We are proud of these boys for competing with courage, staying coachable, and continuing to rise to every challenge put in front of them.

The future is bright for Chiefs Nation. Back to work. ⚓️🔥

⚓️💙💛 CHIEFS NATION STANDS WITH GIBBS 💛💙⚓️

One team. One baseball family. Bigger than the game. 🙏⚾

We are lifting up Gibbs and the entire Hounds family after an injury from a line drive.

He was supposed to come play pick up with us next month, and hearing that he’ll miss the Florida World Series breaks our hearts because we were looking forwarding to having him just as much as he was to play! The boys will be playing in Florida with Gibbs on their minds. We know he’ll be back doing what he loves soon enough, we know the DAWG Gibbs is!!

Baseball is temporary… brotherhood is forever. 💪
Gibbs — the Chiefs Nation family is praying hard for a smooth recovery, strength through the healing process, and for you to come back stronger than ever. Six weeks will pass, but the toughness, heart, and courage you show through this moment will stay with you forever.

To the Hounds organization — we’re behind you guys all the way. Youth baseball is competitive on the field, but off the field we’re one community that rallies around our boys when it matters most. ❤️

Dear God,

Please wrap our teammate in Your strength and protection as he goes into surgery. Calm any fear, ease any pain, and guide the doctors and nurses caring for him. We pray for a smooth surgery, quick healing, and a strong recovery so he can get back to doing what he loves with all of us again soon.

Help him remember that his team is behind him every step of the way — cheering for him, praying for him, and ready to support him through it all. Give him courage today and peace in the days ahead.

We may be teammates on the field, but we’re family off of it too. We love you, buddy, and can’t wait to see you back smiling with us again.
