I've always seen myself as a bit of an alchemist...im fascinated by that moment things change...a thought, an idea, a difficult time in life, a realisation....theres always that moment in the actual transformation where all of life is present ...and it always comes in that moment where you feel its NEVER gonna come..that moment where you have no choice but to surrender...
For me , those moments always happen in movement. My Laban studies gave me more insights on why that is, but some things are more profound if they stay a mystery

All the advice people give....i wonder if people think before they speak? Like, regret comes from the things you haven't done , never from the things you have done, so go out there and do your things.....as i look around me, the patterns in life , there are so many people doing and doing and doing, sooo scared they gonna "regret" something, that they all have anxiety and depression and mentally illnesses that will still be labeled and packaged....and here i am , regretting almost every single thing I have done in my life and wondering , what if I had done LESS???? What if I weren't conditioned to be so scared of REGRET, so scared of being NOTHING and NO ONE , that I just sometimes sat and went ....Naaaaaah not today FAM, let it pass!!! Im Goood!!!
