What are your plans after high school? If attending college, where do you hope to go and what do you plan to major in?
I hope to attend the University of Tennessee and major in psychology.
What is your favorite cheer memory?
My favorite cheer memory is competing with two teams at the D2 Summit.
How old were you when you started cheerleading?
I was 4 years old when I started cheering.
What is your favorite part about being a Carmel cheerleader?
My favorite part about being a Carmel cheerleader is cheering on the sidelines and competing with my best friends!
What is your favorite Carmel cheer tradition?
My favorite Carmel cheer tradition is getting to huddle and pray with the girls before competing.
What is one thing your teammates would say you’re known for?
One thing my teammates would say I’m known for is always having Advil. 😂
Who has had the biggest impact on you during your cheer career?
Coach Stacey has had the biggest impact on my cheer career because I know she’ll always have my back, and she’ll always push me to be the best athlete I can be.
What advice would you give to the underclassmen on the team?
If I had to give advice to the underclassmen, it would be not to take your years as a Carmel cheerleader for granted! It really does go by SO fast.

What are your plans after high school? If attending college, where do you hope to go and what do you plan to major in? i want to go to college somewhere warm and i want to major in anything science related(forensics or nutritional leaning)

the room parties at xc camp

How old were you when you started cheerleading? kindergarten so 4 or 5

What is your favorite part about being a Carmel cheerleader?
working with people who always push me to be better

i love cheer sisters

What is one thing your teammates would say you’re known for?
my energy

someone who’s had the biggest impact on me is coach jess because she’s taught me to always do it scared

What advise would you give to the underclassman on the team?
keep pushing because once you stop you’ll regret it

my plans after highschool are going to college and cheering in college. I plan to major in nursing.

What is your favorite cheer memory?

my favorite cheer memory is all the team bondings. I love how we can all come together and bond.

How old were you when you started cheerleading?

i was 5 years old

What is your favorite part about being a Carmel cheerleader?

my favorite thing about being a carmel cheerleader is being able to cheer at the football games. and getting be able to make a close friendship bond with everyone.

What is your favorite Carmel cheer tradition?

I love how we always pray before we compete during comp season or even when we do half time.

What is one thing your teammates would say you’re known for?
i would say being funny, and always speaking my mind.

Who has had the biggest impact on you during your cheer career?

my cheer coaches. they always push me to become a better athlete even when things get difficult. they are always there for me no matter what.

What advise would you give to the underclassman on the team.

always make good memories with everyone. the cheer season goes by really fast so enjoy it!

I love being apart of such an amazing community while growing as an athlete.

Team car or bus rides

All of my coaches have helped me in different ways.

I have been to 10 different countries.

I am going to be a Navy Nurse and I hope to attend Jacksonville University or the University of Florida

Getting ready together before a competition.

How old were you when you started cheerleading?

I was about 6 years old.

What is your favorite part about being a Carmel cheerleader?

The girls I get to cheer with.

Our prayer before competing.

What is one thing your teammates would say you’re known for?

Breaking my hand at practice.

Who has had the biggest impact on you during your cheer career?

My parents for their endless support.

What advise would you give to the underclassman on the team?

Don’t be scared to try new things and put yourself out there because you never know if you don’t try.

I want to go to college in chicago or Illinois state and I want to major in nursing to later become a nurse practitioner

What is your favorite cheer memory?
My favorite cheer memory is throwing my back handspring for the first time in a competition

How old were you when you started cheerleading?
14 (freshman year)

What is your favorite part about being a Carmel cheerleader?
Creating bonds with my friends, the new additions, and my coaches

Praying before we go on for halftime or a competition

What advice would you give to the underclassman on the team?
My advice I would give to the underclassman on the team is to work hard even when it seems impossible in the moment because I promise you it will pay off in the end.

Shepherd’s College or Clemson Life Program
Major in culinary, vocational training

What is your favorite Carmel cheer tradition?
The team bondings

What is one thing your teammates would say you’re known for?
Discipline and tumbling

Who has had the biggest impact on you during your cheer career?
My grandma because she supports me and practices with me and I have have best coaches ever that let me be me, it’s empowering

What advice would you give to the underclassmen on the team?
Master the basics , like sharp motions, strong jumps, and clean tumbling before trying hard stunts.

I’ve gone to Catholic school my whole life!

What are your plans after high school?
I plan to go to college and major in Early Childhood Education. I hope to become a teacher!

What is your favorite cheer memory?
One of my favorite memories is driving on the bus with my teammates, listening to music, and singing together.

How old were you when you started cheerleading?
I started cheerleading when I was 15 years old.

What is your favorite part about being a Carmel cheerleader?
My favorite part is the friendships and memories I’ve created. Cheer has also taught me teamwork and dedication.

What is your favorite Carmel cheer tradition?
My favorite tradition is the candle lighting at the cheer banquet at the end of the season for the seniors. It’s a really special way to celebrate the seniors and to pass the candle to the next seniors.

What is one thing your teammates would say you’re known for?
They would probably say I’m honest, supportive, a good listener, and like a big sister to some of my teammates.

Who has had the biggest impact on you during your cheer career?
My coaches have had the biggest impact on me. They’ve pushed me to become a better person and cheerleader. I'm forever grateful for them.

What advice would you give to the underclassmen on the team?
Stay in the moment because it goes by so fast. Step out of your comfort zone, make memories, and most importantly, have fun with your team!
