📣 Who ya rootin’ for? SHS! ❤️ Our Sacred Heart Varsity Cheer Team recently attended UCA Cheer Camp at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls. The squad worked hard all week, representing SHCS with spirit, teamwork, and heart. ❤️ The team received many UCA camp awards, including:

🏆 Top Team Superior Gold Award, along with several first- and second-place awards in daily camp routine competitions
🏅 Most Improved Squad Award
⭐ All-American Cheer Awards: Mary Bartush, Rilynn Rauschuber, Jemma Sullivan, and Carissa Walter
🥈 High School Jump-Off Competition -2nd Place Overall: Halli Jones
🎓 Senior Recognition: Halli Jones and Amme Zollinger
📌 Leadership Pin-It Awards: Halli Jones, Jillian Schilling, and Jemma Sullivan
🐯 All-American Mascot Award: Jillian Schilling

Freshman Eli Sicking took first place again this weekend at the Southwestern AAU Regional Qualifier at UTA Maverick Stadium in Arlington.

His winning throw qualified him for the 2026 AAU Junior Olympic Games, held July 27–August 8 in Des Moines, Iowa.
