Cardinal Fencing Club Since 1983, Cardinal Fencing, originally Stanford Fencing Club, has been an athletic home for hundreds of recreational and competitive athletes of all ages.

During it’s existence Cardinal has brought up an incredible amount of fencers who have succeeded on local, national, and international level. Many athletes who have started their fencing careers with us went on to successfully represent the Stanford University, as well as, other prestigious NCAA Institutions such as Princeton, Yale, and Duke, to name a few. Our students and athletes are able to work and spar with other club members and members of the Stanford Varsity Team.

Summer Nationals is 2 weeks out. This is the week that sharpens everything.
Join Cardinal’s Pre-Nationals Saber Camp, June 20–24 in Mountain View. A focused, high-intensity program built specifically for Nationals 2026, with input from a US Olympic Team coach.
What we’re hitting:
Conditioning for long DE days
Tactical/technical tune-up for modern saber
Tournament mindset and bout management
Individual coaching, small groups

Legs are buzzing, sabres are ringing, everyone is happy!
That’s a wrap on the Nazlimov Sabre Weekend at Cardinal Fencing Club in Mountain View.
Final day with Vitaly Nazlimov — NCAA Champion, FIE Referee, Olympic Coach, and Club Founder.
Our sabre fencers put in serious work. Everyone left tired but happy, with new tools to take home.
Huge thank you to Master Nazlimov and to all the fencers and parents who joined us.
It’s unlikely at this point, but if anyone still wants to jump in last-minute — DM us, we’ll try to fit you in.

Join us for an exclusive weekend with Vitaly Nazlimov — NCAA Champion, FIE Referee, Olympic Coach, and Club Founder. He is guiding students through technical mastery and sharing real insights with parents on the journey from beginner to the peak of the Olympic fencing world.
