With the winter storm fast approaching and travel becoming hazardous, we’re encouraging our members to stay home and stay safe.
That said — you can still get a great workout in from anywhere! No equipment needed, just your body and a little space.

Here’s your Weststar At-Home Workout Plan:

🦵 Saturday – Lower Body
Complete 3 rounds:• Squats – 15• Reverse Lunges – 10 each leg• Glute Bridges – 20• Wall Sit – 30–45 seconds• Calf Raises – 25
Rest 60 seconds between rounds.

🔥 Sunday– Core
Complete 3 rounds:• Plank – 30–45 seconds• Bicycle Crunch – 20• Leg Raises – 15• Russian Twists – 20• Dead Bug – 10 each side
Rest 45–60 seconds between rounds.

💪 Monday– Upper Body
Complete 3 rounds:• Push-Ups (modify as needed) – 10–15• Shoulder Taps – 20• Triceps Dips (chair/couch) – 15• Pike Push-Ups – 10• Arm Circles – 30 seconds
Rest 60 seconds between rounds.
