Marcellus has been killing me today and I’ve been cramping because this morning I pick M up weird and it hurt.
He only wants bo***es and dada, but the bo***es are empty and daddy was gone so he cried and fussing most of the morning.
Finally he laid down for a nap and I thought β€œoh Thank God I better get a shower, eat, mop, and fold while I can.”
Then I got out of the shower and tyrell was home and the toilet over flowed and Marcellus woke up.....
yeah he woke up.....22 minutes after I had laid him down.....
So daddy was home so β€œdaddy ness” greatly escalated
but tyrell had to grab food and head to his mid day swim workout because that’s part of his training.
Thankfully instead of heading off leaving me with m and a toilet over flow mess to clean up, eating, folding, and mopping left to do he was willing to switch up his schedule and even make his workout harder so I could breath and honestly so I wouldn’t have a crying breakdown.
These pictures were taken as I thought to stop mopping grab my phone and snap a few pictures before Tyrell and Marcellus went out for their RUCK.....I think that’s what it’s called.
Let’s all take a minute to realize that marriage and parenting and work and life are HARD!!
But let’s also take a minute in the midst of it all to notice, acknowledge, and thank the WONDERFUL STRONG AND UNDERSTANDING PEOPLE God has put in our lives!!
Today on October 7th 2020 I recognize the sacrifices you’ve made for me and our family and I thank you so very much!!! I love you honey!

When I first found out I was going to be a mama I was desperate To find other moms with young children.
So I searched Facebook and any group that I found was not what I was looking for at all or was inactive, so I thought about it for a little while.
I asked some moms on A Mountain Home Air Force Base babysitting page if they to also be interested in a page.......for military affiliated specific to Mountain home Air Force Base moms group where you could help each other out, share some advice, share some struggles, meet new people, have play dates, give stuff away, sell things, and just really get to know other moms and kids in this area that we’re going through most of the same things that you were, as a military spouse or military member.
About 5 to 7 said they would be interested we decided to name the group β€œmammas and munchkins of Mountain home Air Force Base Idaho”
in a year and almost a half our page has grown tremendously and been such a help to not only me but so many others, and it’s honestly where I met my best friend!
That page now has over 60 members.
Now that were moving somewhere else I was sad to leave that group.....
so I went on Facebook, again, and searched through Goodfellow Air Force Base pages and asked people if they knew of a group like that,
there were 2 groups one that was San Angelo wide and 1 That was inactive, again,
not what I was looking for so I went on there babysitting page and again asked military affiliated Moms if they would be interested
about 10 said yes so I created the group and within five hours we’ve already got 15 members!!!
I am so grateful that God gave me the courage to step out and ask these women if they would like to connect with me and other women!
I’m so excited to meet all of these awesome mamas, and hopefully make lifelong friends for not only myself but Marcellus and my family!!
