One of my favorite supersets.
First is one of the standards for upper body development, the bench press. 2nd is the the back staple, the pull up(wide grip).

Pick a quad isolation.
Pick a hamstring isolation.
Chose a machine based compound.
Squat.

Its simple, 4-5 movements. Don't overcomplicate it.

*don't forget the calves

Leg training & my philosophy 👇🏽

Leg day tends to be the most taxing of workouts, so keeping it simple is key.

Beginners: I suggest focus on 3 movements
Ex:
• Squat
• Leg Curl
• Leg Extension

Intermediate to advanced: Usually stick to 4–5 exercises total. Anymore often becomes junk volume and wasted energy better used for recovery. Train hard, recover harder, and keep it productive.
