There is a road closed sign at both ends of our road. They can't stop you from going to the gym, you may need to tell them thats where you are headed. Also use caution and look for a flagger. The hwy would be an easier entrance in my opinion.

We’re excited to officially announce the launch of **Posey County Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (PCBJJ)** right here in Mount Vernon, Indiana!

Our first classes officially begin **September 22nd at the MAC Fitness Center & Golf Range**, and we’re welcoming anyone **16 years old and up**, regardless of experience level.

Whether you’ve never stepped on a mat before or you already have years of experience, there’s a place for you here. Our goal is to create a **clean, family-friendly, welcoming training environment** while providing professional, high-level Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction.

With school starting back up some parents will have more time on your hands. Come check us out and join the gym! We have free weights, loaded plate machines, battle rope, dead lift area, and more PLUS functional fitness group times! We also have space to lease if you're looking to run your own group or just need a space to run an online business. We have fast STARLINK internet and a locked off room open for rent.
