The Lady Running Rams battled the heat this morning at the Granite City Invite placing 8th out of 20 teams. Congratulations to freshman Jordy Hayes and Layla Wheeler on their top 30 finishes.

Due to weather tomorrow, we will have not be traveling to Rend lake for our trail run, however, we will practice tomorrow morning at 7am at high school. Practice will run alittle long than normal, plan on pick up around 9:30 am.

July 6th will be our first official day of summer workouts. We will meet at the main gym at 7am and will go until about 8:30.
You will need the following:
-Running Shoes
-Workout clothes
-please bring a water bottle, I will have some just in case.

Excited to start the season and start the season off an a high note!

It's that time of year again! Informational meeting about summer workouts and conditioning on June 1st @ 9am at the High School. Should only be like 15 or 20 mins long. We will meet by the gym.
