Looking for a few good men or women!

Every year, Scott Atherton takes care of the flower bed and flagpole area at the club, and every year he does an absolutely incredible job. Not only does he put in the hard work, but he also generously donated the mulch that’s being used for the project.

The mulch has been delivered, but the job isn’t finished yet. With the heat we’re experiencing, I simply can’t stand by and watch Scott tackle all of this work by himself. His dedication, selflessness, and love for this club are truly remarkable.

Scott will be back tomorrow morning continuing the project, and we’re hoping a few volunteers can lend a hand. Even an hour or two of your time would make a huge difference.

Thank you, Scottie, for everything you’ve done and continue to do to help make this club the special place that it is. We appreciate you more than you know.

Great news for our members!

The Lewistown Country Club and the ALCC have officially agreed to a reciprocal rate of just $30 per person, available any day of the week.

A big thank you to Jim Powell for reaching out and helping establish this partnership between our two clubs. Opportunities like this provide added value to our memberships and help strengthen the relationship between two great golf communities.

📣 Attention, Attention! 📣

The June 2-Ball is just a couple of weeks away, and a 2-bed unit has just become available at the River Golf Lodge Resort for anyone still looking for accommodations!

The owners would prefer a 3-night stay, which makes perfect sense if you’re planning to play a practice round before the tournament or stay Sunday night to celebrate with this year’s winners.

We would like to make our members and guests aware that there was an alleged domestic disturbance involving two adult male players on our golf course and in the parking lot today.

Thanks to the quick actions of several members and guests, the situation was safely de-escalated and resolved without any further disturbance. We appreciate everyone who promptly reported the incident to the Pro Shop and to management.

Please know that the matter is being taken seriously. The incident is currently under investigation and will be reported to the Board of Directors for further review and any appropriate action.

Thank you for your vigilance, cooperation, and commitment to helping maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone at the club.
