These 2nd grade boys got to take the court today at Rupp Arena for the first time. Like we told them pregame, this is the first time, it’s not the last time. They came away with a 14-2 victory over Fleming Co. Proud of all these boys for their effort this weekend!

Also, shoutout to Montgomery County 3rd graders for getting the win over Mason County today!

2nd game things started to click a little with the boys and they put together a good game. Also, for the first time since we’ve been doin this every player on our roster scored today! Proud of these boys for their effort today!

The people of Southwestern welcomed us in this weekend & had a great tournament. Unfortunately, results didn’t go in our favor! Here are the results from our 3 games.

MC Talons: 42-13 L
Boyle Co. Playmakers: 18-13 L
Southern Pulaski: 26-17 L

Boys are learning the difference in rec league & travel competition. It’s a process, it won’t happen overnight, as long as they give good effort & have good attitudes it will happen.
