A 7-week journey through the colors of the rainbow, with each class exploring a new theme:

🧡 ORANGE: Creativity
💛 YELLOW: Confidence
💚 GREEN: Love & Kindness
💙 BLUE: Truth
💜 INDIGO: Self-Trust & Intuition
💜 VIOLET: Connection & Peace

Through yoga, mindful movement, stories, and creative activities, kids will learn simple tools to connect with themselves, express their emotions, and grow with the flow. 🧘‍♀️🌈
