Hi Ball Family!

We need your help especially TBALL and 5/6 (everyone needs to check their account). When the new system merged the phone numbers are pulling one number from each family member and a bunch are incorrect numbers. I need everyone if they could to please log into your accounts and update the contact numbers please. If you have multiple people in the contact section you need to have the SAME PHONE NUMBER in each box for every person. I have a lot of accounts that do not even have a phone number listed for the account. PLEASE remember this number is how your coach will reach out to you next week- I need this corrected ASAP or I don't know how to reach you guys to let you know who your coach is going to be.

Good Morning Ball Family!! Our registration closed last night and we are excited to say we hit a new record, we have 421 kids signed up for our 2023 Spring Season, with that being said - we have a good bit of parents who have volunteered to coach/assistant coach but we still do not have enough with this large number of players. Attached are what we will still need coaches for if you are interested!! We can’t do it without you guys!! If you can volunteer please email us at www.MPDYB.com or send us a message through Facebook.

Also if your interested sponsoring, we would love to have every team with a name on back of their jerseys. Message us for more details..

3/ 4: 6 teams - 6 teams of 10 (60 kids) NEED: 2 head coaches and lots of assistants
5/6: 10 teams - 8 teams of 11 and 2 teams of 10 (108 kids) no coaches needed
Baseball:
7/8: 7 teams - 4 teams of 12 and 3 teams of 11 (81 kids) NEED: 1 head coach and 2-3 Assistant coaches
9/10: 4 teams - 4 teams of 12 (48 kids) NEED:Assistant coaches
11/12: 3 teams - 3 teams of 11 (33 kids) no coaches needed
13/15: 1 team of 14 (14 kids) no coaches needed
Softball:
7/8: 2 teams - 2 teams of 9(18 kids) NEED: Assistant Coaches
9/10: 2 teams - 1 team of 11 and 1 team of 12 (23 kids) NEED: head coach
11/12: 2 teams- 2 teams of 10 (20 kids) No coaches needed
13/15: 1 team of 14 (14 kids) no coaches needed

Sunday 3/5 @ 5pm Coaches Meeting (You must have a coah present to pick in the draft or one will be drawn for you) at Town Hall.

Hey Ball Family!

Friendly reminder that the registration system will close tomororw at midnight! The system will not allow for any late sign ups after that date so PLEASE make sure if your child would like to participate, they get signed up by 2/28.

CHECK YOUR CHILDS AGE GROUP! Whatever age they are as of May 1st, 2023 is the age they should be playing in.

IF you can coach one of these, Please reach out Immediately, we have a coaches meeting on Sunday to give out rosters and have the draft! All coaches must be present!

Those that are coaching, I have a few still that have not completed the background check, it is required and it needs to be done ASAP.
