So this is the after picture!
I’m DONE & DONE! 🥵
It ain’t pretty! 😂
Red faced, no makeup, and plenty of sweat! (you’re lucky if I get dolled up (is that an English term? 🤔) to GO OUT let alone WORK OUT!) 😂
But this is how I do it.
Out in the gym lifting weights, at the studio in a group fitness class, or in the spare room teaching a sculpt class on zoom, it’s gonna look like this, I’M going to look like this! 🤣

Now excuse me, I gotta go get this sweaty mess in the shower! 🚿 🧼

Come join me on for a live zoom sculpt class each Tuesday & Thursday. 8:15-9:15am PST.
Full body workout (circuit style) where we hit abs, arms, chest, back, shoulders, legs & bum.... oh yes, and did I mention cardi-OH NO SHE DIDN’T! Equipment optional (set of hand weights & mini band).
We warm up, work out, cool down, and get on with the day.

If you can’t take the class live, EVERY CLASS IS RECORDED so take it when you want!
The library is full of content ranging from sculpt, slow flow yoga, vinyasa, level 1 & 2, yoga tune up, yin, restorative , therapeutics... the list goes on AND ON!
Yoga World Heart have a bunch of different packages available, including weekly, monthly, and a drop in class rate too!

There’s room for EVERYBODY and EVERY BODY is welcome.

Today in the Sculpt class at 🧘🏻‍♀️🌎♥️ we hit abs, arms, chest, back, shoulders, legs & bum.... oh yes, and did I mention cardi-OH NO SHE DIDN’T!
We warm up, work out, cool down, and get on with the day.

Déjà vu over here!
What did I say yesterday about messy hair and I don’t care? 🤣
It IS the weekend and I still don’t care! What ever!
Maybe I’ll do my hair next weekend for when I go OUT OUT! 🙌🏻🤣🤣
