Listen, I'm not saying vegetables will solve all your problems...
But I've never heard of anyone getting scurvy from eating broccoli.

Your vegetables don't have to be fancy. No one is handing out trophies for kale massaging. Throw some carrots on your plate. Add lettuce to your sandwich. Eat a cucumber. Toss some ranch on that rabbit food if you need to.

Small changes count.

Eat one vegetable on purpose. Not the pickle that came with your burger. A real vegetable.
