The June meetups are here!

June 11th at 9:30 AM - meet Lyndsay and crew at the lower pavilion at North Middleton Park in Carlisle. There are playgrounds, walking paths, and easy kid-friendly access to the Conodoguinet Creek! Bring your water shoes / towels if your kids want to splash around 😉

June 19th at 10:30 AM - Meet Kayla and crew at Friendship Park in Mechanicsburg for our monthly kid book club! Bring your favorite book to share during story time - then we will play at the park. Caregivers and kids of all ages welcome

June 23rd at 3:30 PM - meet Lyndsay and crew at Laurel Lake! We can’t wait to cool off at the best kid-friendly free water area locally. We will meet at the Laurel Lake parking lot and walk down to the beach for a fun day in the sun ☀️

Join the for a Kid Friendly Hike at Kings Gap! It looks like we will have some sun next week ☀️⛅️

📍Meet at the Kings Gap Buckridge Scenic Vista Trail Parking (right before you get to the Kings Gap Environmental Center Mansion. See map and photos)

This is a flat 2 mile round trip hike to a scenic overlook.  Kid / Toddler friendly or little ones in a carrier!

Previously I had planned on doing a meetup at LeTort Park in Carlisle on 5/14, but I’ll no longer be able to be there. BUT we have a new month meetup on the schedule the following day!

Kid Book Club with Mindful Mamas Adventure Club
Third Fridays at 10:00 AM · Starting May 15 at Spring Meadows Park, Boiling Springs
Led by Kayla Gensel
Join us for a relaxed morning of stories, connection, and outdoor play. Families are invited to bring a favorite children’s book to share with the group as we read together and enjoy time at the park afterward.
We’ll meet monthly on the third Friday, rotating locations every other month:

It was a gorgeous day on the trail! My favorite section of the AT for kids - mostly flat, Little bridge crossings, a campsite with benches, and creek play less than a mile from the parking area 🌸
