June Series Unlocked. Join me for Restorative Yoga, Tuesdays at 6:00 p.m.

*Lead me from darkness into light.*

This is not a class about forcing yourself into brightness.
It is an invitation to rest so deeply in the dark
that the light finds its way in on its own.

In our 60-minute restorative practice we move through the second verse of the Asatoma intention — surrendering tamas, the body's beautiful heaviness, so that jyotir, our inner luminosity, can rise without effort.

We hold Ushā Mudrā — the Dawn Seal — named for the Vedic goddess of dawn who does not create the sun. She simply precedes it.

You do not have to reach for the light.
You only have to stay.

Perimenopause and menopause can feel like your body has become a stranger. Hot flashes, sleepless nights, anxiety, aching joints — and a culture that offers little more than a shrug.

This workshop is something different.

✨ Flowing Through Change: A Yoga Workshop for Perimenopause & Menopause is a two-hour experience designed to help you feel at home in your body again.

We'll breathe together (yes — there's a breathing technique that actually helps with hot flashes), move in ways that support your changing joints and bones, and rest deeply in a space created just for this season of life.

No yoga experience needed. All props provided. All bodies welcome.

✦ Abhaya Hridaya — Fearless Heart ✦

The bravest thing a heart can do is remain open.

This May we practice exactly that.

This is a 60-minute restorative yoga series woven around the mudra of fearlessness and the mantra of Durga — the goddess who moves through darkness without losing her softness.

Each class is a full immersion:
🌸 Supported postures held long enough to actually land
🕉️ Mantra: Om Dum Durgayei Namaha
🙏 Mudra: Abhaya Hridaya — one hand over the heart, one open to the sky
🧠 Vagal nerve activation woven into every pose
📿 Yogic philosophy and mythology as the thread through it all

We open the chest. We open the throat. We rise like a bridge between earth and sky — and then we bow.

New class series unlocked. Join me for 4 weeks of restorative classes as we explore the Asatoma intention through restorative movement. Restorative yoga doesn't fix you — it returns you to what was always already whole.

Asato Mā Sadgamaya — a 4-week restorative yoga series woven around one of the oldest mantras in the yogic tradition:

🌿 Lead me from the unreal to the real
🕯 Lead me from darkness to light
🌙 Lead me from death to immortality

Each 60-minute class is a chapter. A slow, supported unfolding. Props, silence, breath, and candlelight. No performance. No effort. Just the radical act of being held.

The heart is not just a muscle. It is a meeting point — where earth rises to meet sky, where effort softens into surrender.
Join me for Heart Chakra: Myth, Meaning & Modern Science — an immersive workshop weaving yogic philosophy, subtle body anatomy, and the science of the nervous system into one deeply supported practice.
We'll explore Anahata through classical texts and elemental theory, then meet it through fascia, breath, and sensation. Together we'll move slowly, reflect deeply, and reconnect with the heart as teacher.
