I have expertise in stalking both from the victim side and the law enforcement side. While employed by the Omaha Police Department, I found myself a victim of stalking. And while I had legal resources at my disposal, they weren't enough to stop my stalker. I had to become my own best advocate to best protect myself and now I want to teach you how to work with law enforcement. There are some things

police can help with but there are many things are left up to the victim. It is up to us, the victim to take all legal action to protect ourselves. Never stay in the mindset of victim. It won't help you and could quite possibly harm you. I will coach you to become the victor not the victim. I will show you how to be your own best advocate and to fight for your rights. You need to start by deciding not to be a victim in your mind. If you are a past victim of stalking or any crime and can't shake the fear, I can help with that too. A strong mindset will set you on course for a better and less fearful future. Let me help you develop the skills to build that warrior mindset. Take back your mind, take back your control.

Mindset Shift

The biggest shift my clients make isn't doing more. It's choosing differently.
Most people come to coaching thinking they need a better plan, more discipline, or the right hack. What they actually need is to stop letting fear, other people's opinions, and a long list of "shoulds" run the show.

Here's what I've watched happen again and again: the moment someone starts making choices from what they actually want — not what they think they're supposed to want or what everyone else wants — everything else gets easier. The plan clicks. The energy comes back. The next step gets obvious.

You don't need more willpower. You need permission — to choose you.

It's not easy choosing ourselves but if we don't make ourselves a priority, we can't do a good job of taking care of others. Isn't it time to make a better choice?

Most people come to coaching thinking they need a better plan, more discipline, or the right hack. What they actually need is to stop letting fear, other people's opinions, and a long list of "shoulds" run the show.
