Jamey Payne for Hale County BOE District 4 Jamey Payne is a life long resident of Hale County. He grew up and still lives in the Stewart Community which is located between Akron and Moundville.

Jamey is a graduate of Hale County High class of 1991 and graduated from Shelton State Technical College. He been employed with Mercedes Benz US International for the last 11 years. Jamey is married to Kim Payne who is also a graduate of Hale County High. They have three children; Jay (16), Ally Grace(12), and Abby Kaye (8). All three children attend school in Moundville. Jamey also served as a yo

uth football and baseball coach for many years. He was a Moundville PARA board member for 5 years and on the Moundville Youth Football board for 6 years.
