Marshfield Recap

Tough day at Marshfield. We unloaded with a truck good enough for 15th of 28 trucks in the first session and 18th in the second.

The day ended for us in the backstretch wall during the scuff session after Ryan got loose and the truck got away from him. The driver is OK and we’re assessing the damage.

A huge thank you to our hard working crew, the many friends and family that were there to support us, and our amazing sponsors. We’re disappointed in yesterday’s outcome, but we will come back better.

A highlight of the day was a visit with Lyle Nowak. Lyle is a race veteran of 38 years and a childhood hero to Ryan. It was an honor to visit with him. We wish we could have given him a better showing.

The final Bob & Bev Aschenbrenner Memorial is shaping up to be a can't-miss event in the Upper Midwest.

A packed pit area is expected at Marshfield Motor Speedway as the Midwest Truck Series, TUNDRA Super Late Models, and a National INEX Legend Qualifier roll into town THIS SATURDAY at the fast 1/2-mile just outside Marshfield, Wisconsin.

Championship leader Tristan Swanson returns to the track where he picked up a victory in 2021, carrying a slim one-point advantage over Blake Brown. Brady Bill has quietly put together an impressive start to his Midwest Truck Series career and sits third in the standings, just 38 points out of the lead.

James Swan is a proven winner at Marshfield and came up just short of victory a season ago, while Tyler Noble continues his breakout campaign and currently sits fifth in the championship standings.

Kevin Knuese and Jeff Holtz are both looking to return to Victory Lane, while two-time defending Series Champion Brandon Reichenberger hopes to turn his season around and begin his climb back toward the top of the standings.

The storylines are everywhere. The points matter more every lap this year than any other year in the past.

Let’s pack the house this Saturday!!

Race Fans,
one of the biggest shows in the Midwest is this Saturday, the Bob & Bev Aschenbrenner Memorial. The TUNDRA Super Late Models are expecting a large field of cars for the final memorial race, in memory of Bob & Bev.
Also, reports are in that the Midwest Truck Series is expecting over 30 trucks for their annual visit to the half-mile paved oval.
Also, being a National Qualifier for the INEX Legends, we are expecting around 30 cars to compete for the Aschenbrenner Memorial Trophy!
Three great divisions, one night, this Saturday at Marshfield Motor Speedway!
Come on out and support the Aschenbrenner Family, and enjoy a Great Night of Family Fun!!
