That’s a wrap

Last night, I held my own award ceremony for the Modified Softball Girls at my house. We had a taco bar, cake, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, and so much more. Most of the girls came and I was beyond happy to present those that attended with awards. Each girl that has been a part of this team has made an impact on me and my life. They have all made me a better person, better coach, and better role model. Last night was truly the best.

I am so thankful for everyone who took the time out of their weekend to come and sit with me, enjoy some food, and listen to me talk for 2 hours to make everyone feel appreciated.

As of right now, I am unsure if I am going to coach modified softball next year. It is hard, it adds a lot to my plate, it is stressful, and it is emotional. I loved the opportunity, I loved all of my girls, I loved being able to support my team and the older girls at all of their games, but I am unsure what the future hold for me and this team.

Thank you once again to the 2026 Modified Softball Team!

Modified Softball 2026 Season is officially complete ✅

I am beyond proud of every single girl on this team that made it to the end. You are a star in my eyes. You are going to do so many great things in the future. I will always be here rooting for you, always, no matter what.

Our game tonight didn’t go as planned due to the rain, but we made the most of it.

I am so thankful to have met every player and their family!

one last game for my beautiful modified softball team!
we have cried, we have laughed, we have yelled, and we have accomplished so many amazing things.

please come out and support the girls and i tonight at madison central school!
our game starts at 4:30 and we would love to see you on the sidelines one last time this season! it’s going to be a good one!

give it all you’ve got girls! i have faith in you and will be cheering the entire time, win or lose you make me proud.

It’s hard to believe we’re already here.

Tonight marks our last home game. Of the season. Through every practice, game, challenge, and success, this team has continued to grow both on and off of the field.

Come out and help us celebrate these players and all the hard work they’ve put in this season. We’d love to have the stands full and create a great atmosphere for our final game at our very own field.

After a rough start to last nights game, the girls pulled it off once again!

We were on the road last night and played in Sauquoit against their UNDEFEATED Modified Softball team.

Once we arrived to the school, it was brought to my attention that we did not have a catchers bag…. Needless to say, I was not very happy. Thankfully the Sauquoit coach was willing to share extra gear with us so we could still compete and the girls brought home another win.

There were so many laughs, positive attitudes, and hugs.

Last night the Modified girls did it again!
It was a tough battle, but after 8 tough innings we won 8-7 and I couldn’t be more proud of this entire group of girls.
We are back at it again tonight in Sauquoit at 4:00 if you would like to come out and support us, we would be more than thankful!

It didn’t end the way we wanted, but what a ride. 🥎💔

​A tough semifinal loss brings our season to a close, but it doesn't define who we are. We are incredibly proud of the grit, heart, and immense growth this team displayed all year long

Huge love and gratitude to our 4 seniors: Ella Griffin, Addison Shantal, Emily Payne, & Daisy Soden. Thank you for your leadership and for leaving the jersey in a better place. You have anchored this program, led by example, and left a lasting legacy. We will miss you more than words can say. 🎓❤️

To our returning players: the hunger starts now. The foundation is built, and we are already looking forward to coming back even stronger next season.

To our amazing Coaches Matt Jacobs and Courtney Heim. A huge thank you for being a major part of the team's success. You are appreciated by all.
