The Monstarz 8u team had a very fun night tonight at their scrimmage in Clarksburg! The girls played hard, had good attitudes, and gave tremendous effort from the first pitch to the last out tonight. Natalee Oyler got to walk away with the Home Run Chain for her inside-the-park homer while Maddie Hern got the Heart & Hustle Chain for her 4-4 performance and keeping a good attitude while playing a different position.
One of the highlights of the game was that every single player recorded a hit! 🥎🔥 Seeing all of our girls contribute at the plate is a testament to the work they're putting in and the confidence they're building each time they step into the box.
More importantly, we're seeing this team continue to grow. The girls are becoming more comfortable on the field, more confident at the plate, and more connected as teammates. It's been amazing watching them learn the game together while building friendships and memories with their ballfield sisters.
Wins are great, but seeing these girls smile, support one another, improve, and battle adversity is what it's all about.
