Cars are ready, trailer is 95% loaded, truck is full of fuel, coolers are ready to fill, and I'm hopefully going to relax today (but I highly doubt it😀)!! A busy first half of the week for work and a busy back half of racing!! We're very excited to have some of our great partners traveling in to see where I "invest" their 💲💲 and enjoy seeing what we do first hand!! I know it's Landry's last weekend of racing, Again....but I'm much better with it this year than I was last year! It's been nice having her in the car a few times and I think she has enjoyed it too. Definitely coming up on the biggest weekend of our season!!

Things are getting closer for a three day weekend starting next Thursday! Tomorrow will be spent finishing up a few things and turning this shed upside down to get everything in the trailer we will need! I leave Monday and get home late Wednesday night to head out Thursday morning for Thunder Hill Speedway!!

I've been quiet, but work has been going on around here between all my travels for work. Landry's car is completely done and Kendra's is going back together getting everything ready for the big Labor Day weekend show at Thunder Hill!! Picking up new tires for the #26 on my way back from Kansas Friday and I'll wrap it up over the weekend. EVERYTHING needs to be done including the trailer packed because I won't get home from next week's trip until Wednesday night and we'll head out of here next Thursday morning for the three day show. Landry will only be running next Thursday and Friday and she'll head back to being retired from racing, this time for good I'm afraid 😪...her car will head to it's new home after that. Going to be a big weekend for sure running for $6,000 to win next Friday night!!! 🏁🏁

My work world and racing world crossed paths tonight!! The work side first....GCJ Millwright is currently working for six Chief dealers as we speak right now! One of my biggest assets to customer's that need good qualified man power to do what we do!! The racing side of GCJ has done everything in his power to make sure we have everything we have to have to run up front!! We are not golfing like a lot of people would go do for fun...we are at the dirt track in Mason City IA!!
