Harmony Acres We here at Harmony Acres are all about family, farms, and locals! We at Harmony Acres teach both English and Western Riding.

We bring in local artists and farmers and host Paint nights, Felting, Quilling, 3D Crochet, Flower Arranging, Yoga Classes and other events for all ages. Teaching all aspects of horsemanship to all ages. We believe it is important for our students to learn how to both care for and ride their horse.We teach our students from the ground up- from picking a hoof to riding on trails or in shows. In tea

We had such a great relaxing time at our Yoga with Mary at Harmony Acres . We had beautiful weather, the birds were singing, the horses were happily grazing, and everyone had a nice relaxing start to their weekend. Our next Yoga class with Mary is August 1st at 9am, hope to see you there!

It is not too late to sign up for our Beginner Soap Demonstration Class on June 13th 4:30pm with Sisu Finn Soaps of Voluntown, CT! She will be showing you different types of soap making, you’ll bring home your very own bar of homemade goat milk soap, and a booklet on how to make different types of soaps right in your own home! Sorry to everyone about not getting the monthly text update out this week! I will be sending it out in the next day or 2, it has been a ca-razy week at work!
Also, I have been trying to keep up with class sign ups, if you haven’t heard from me yet don’t worry I will be in touch with you this weekend!

Getting ready for Hay season! It’s a dreaded yearly task but the hay barn looks so good cleaned and repalleted.
Every year I take up the pallets, sweep and rake up the old hay, decobweb the barn, make sure the plastic sheet is in good health still, then put the pallets back down. It’s a good thing I loved Tetris growing up.. it comes in handy trying to fit the pallets back into the hay storage area 😆 in a few weeks we’ll be filling it with 1st cutting!
