Did an upper body YouTube workout video today. 30 minutes with weights. Was an awesome workout I give it a 8/10!
Last month I wasn’t working out as much due to not feeling well, but I’m starting to get back into a good routine again and working out most days again. Sometimes you get into a funk and that’s ok. Just get back into it when you’re feeling up to it.
