JT Tyus is tremendous with his shotgun quick game footwork. He understands operating from rotational delivery with directional finish.

He reminds me a lot of former GW Carver and current Howard U Quarterback TJ Russell. They both carry great QB intangibles and are both top spinners of the football!

The Father’s Day edition features Quarterback Cedric Scott. The toughest and most efficient passer that I’ve ever coached. He demonstrates a three step drop with ease here.

Notice how he transferred the drills with the PVC pipe into a smooth effortless rotation. 20 years later and he’s still got it!

Happy Father’s Day from The Richard Moncrief Quarterback Institute.

What a Father’s Day Gift from one of the greatest Quarterbacks I’ve ever coached. Greg Jenkins could do it all and he has championship character!

Quarterbacks because Greg was a master technician and worked to dominate the fundamentals, his air throw technique is still INCREDIBLE. He should have a label on his shirt, JUST ADD THE FOOTBALL!

The field was soaking wet and The Juneteenth Celebration was in the gym. BTW Quarterback KD and staff said take it to the parking lot.

We had a great day of training, correction, and discovery. We took our throwing motion back to the days of Moon, Marino, Montana, and Moncrief.

The football jumped out of KD’s hands as we focused on driving the lead elbow. I know this guy will be special!

Jacari has the motivation to become the GREATEST. He is at home working on his throwing motion and pocket presence without instruction from anyone.

I am proud of him as he continues to develop his craft. He may be the second best Quarterback in Montgomery history if he keeps this up!
