Thank you to two local businesses for providing our supper tonight. The Produce Patch for the green beans and potatoes, and Slate Creek Beef for the steak. This is our first time having their steaks, and WOW! So good!

So many people overthink what to make for each meal, when it can really be as simple as this:

Protein – to keep you full and support muscle.�1 Carb – to give your body energy.�Veggies – for fiber, vitamins, and nutrients.

Build your plate around those three things most of the time, and you’ve got a balanced meal.
Remember, consistency beats perfection every single time. Keep it simple, nourish your body, and get movement in!
