**Sometimes Life Changes the Trail.** ❤️

Life has a funny way of taking turns we never planned for. Friendships change. Families change. Plans change. **We change.** And sometimes the trail we were so sure we were supposed to be on suddenly heads in a completely different direction.

So what do we do when that happens? Dig our heels in? Go kicking and screaming? 😂 Or eventually figure out there might just be something pretty good waiting around that next bend?

We had a great meeting & a special guest speaker, Alexa Schmidt from Topline Equine Massage & Bemer. She talked about bodywork, why it’s important, the benefits, what to look for in our Horses, and demonstrated some techniques on her cute little demo Horse Comanche 😊

Who has made your journey better? 💕

July’s Sisterhood Series Challenge theme is Side by Side, and this month is all about the women who make the ride, the road, and the journey better.

It is not about how far you ride. It is about the laughter, encouragement, conversations, and friendships built along the way. Some of the best memories are not made because of where we rode, but because of who rode beside us.

This month, we invite you to connect with another 40 Something Cowgirl. Ride together, grab lunch, welcome someone new, reconnect with a sister you have missed, or simply reach out with a kind word.

To participate:
Register for the July Sisterhood Series Challenge through the 40SC website or Wild Apricot app.

To complete the challenge:

Today marks the final day of our June Sisterhood Series Challenge: Ride Free!

✨ Have you shared your freedom moment yet?

Your story doesn't have to be big to be meaningful. Sometimes freedom is found in the simplest moments. 🤍
