Due to the chance of more severe thunderstorms tonight, I’ve made the decision to cancel group swim lessons in Turner. There will be NO Swim Lessons tonight from 5:30-7pm.
Once we figure out a makeup date I will let everyone know. Thanks for your understanding!

Small Group lessons at Pleasant Pond start tomorrow morning for Session 4 and tomorrow evening for Session 5.

Address is 379 Pleasant Pond Rd.
Please park on the side of the road and look for the Swim Spectrum Swim Lesson sign.
- Remember this is someone’s residence so please be respectful of their belongings and let your children know not to play with things while waiting for their class.
- Parents feel free to bring a chair to sit in or a blanket to sit on.
- No you are not expected to go in the water with your child UNLESS you signed up for the parent/child class.
- No life jackets are needed

It was a chilly start to swim lessons on Wilson Pond at the North Monmouth Beach, but the kids all did great!
A little note to the parents, don’t worry if your child had some tears today, it’s typical when meeting new people, in a new environment, etc. it’s harder on you as the parent to hear them cry than it is on the child and the instructor. I promise you it will get better, the first class is always a bit rough especially when kids are out of their comfort zones.

Tomorrow is the 1st day of small group lessons at North Monmouth Beach! We’re excited to see all of the children! Here’s a few important things to know:
1. If you signed up and filled out the registration form you are all registered, there is no email confirmation sent back, but if you’re worried feel free to check in.
2. Lessons are on Wilson Pond
3. Children Do Not need life jackets for swim lessons
4. We will still have lessons if it’s raining, we will only cancel if there is thunder and lightning
5. Should we need to cancel for the weather it will be posted on our FB page here
6. You know you’re in the right place for lessons when you see our Swim Spectrum Swim Lessons Held Here sign!

Water Safety Tip: Swim suit color matters! If you want to be able to spot your children easily when they’re in the water dress them in bright neon colors NOT colors that blend in with the water!
