Interested in coaching cheer?
Our middle school cheer program has continued to grow, and we're excited to expand our coaching staff!
We're currently looking for 1–2 volunteer assistant cheer coaches to join our team. While coaching experience is not required, we're hoping to find individuals with a background in cheerleading who are passionate about mentoring young athletes and helping our program continue to grow.
We are looking for someone who is available Tuesday-Thursday, 2:30-4:30 and Saturdays for games and competitions (times vary).
We coach mostly full August through February (breaks correlate with school). We do both sideline and competition cheer. Our team has nearly doubled in size this year and we are excited to see where it goes. Last year was our program's first year competing and we placed first at the OCCA Championships which is something we are very proud of. We want to continue to build a strong reputation for cheerleading in Molalla and it takes a village to get there.
