I love the summer! Family’s getting together, graduations, vacations, and just having a great time with your friends! This is what community looks like! YOU! So many versions of people getting together to work out and feel amazing; so pumped they showed up! Showed up for themselves, their fit crew, their family! No matter your purpose, we are all here for something bigger than ourselves!
Prove "you" are worth the effort! 60 minutes! That's more than enough to feel amazing and proud of every step you took to be there for YOU!!!!!! You are what matters!

Tonight's conditioning camp was amazing! Working on technique, time over tension, and calculated movement. I'm so proud of these women for showing up for themselves after a long day of work! The sun was hidden, but we enjoyed the warm breeze coming through! Check out a class and get your body moving this summer!
