The OTG Diamond Kings Baseball Organization is currently seeking motivated and dedicated 10U & 11U Head Coaches for the upcoming Summer & Fall baseball seasons.

We’re searching for leaders who are passionate about:
⚾ Youth Player Development
⚾ Teaching Fundamentals & Baseball IQ
⚾ Building Confidence & Character
⚾ Creating a Competitive Team Environment
⚾ Mentoring Young Athletes On & Off the Field

Ideal Candidates:

* Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
* Ability to develop players while maintaining accountability

The OTG Diamond Kings Baseball Organization is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated 13u Head Coach for the upcoming Summer & Fall baseball seasons.

We are looking for a leader who can:
⚾ Develop players on and off the field
⚾ Teach fundamentals, discipline, and baseball IQ
⚾ Build confidence and teamwork
⚾ Create a competitive but positive environment
⚾ Represent the Diamond Kings culture with professionalism

Ideal Candidate:

* Previous coaching and/or playing experience
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Passion for youth development
* Reliable and committed to practices/tournaments
* Ability to lead assistant coaches and manage team culture
