Pssst! Our new map of The Great Burn will be available next week! We made this map in partnership with and and we’re having a virtual release party as part of the Montana Wilderness Association Shining Mountain Chapter’s Spring into Summer event!

Tuesday April 21 at 6:30pm we will be sharing stories and pictures about the process of making maps. This is a pretty rare public (ish) appearance for us 😬 the event is free but registration is required. Link in bio - We would love to “see” you there!

The 4th edition of the Rattlesnake map arrived today which has me feeling a little sentimental. We first published the Rattlesnake map in 2012 and it was for purely selfish reasons. It was a map I desperately wanted when I moved to Missoula in 2009. Maybe it's helped you get to know your home better too? Today's newsletter has some exciting news about new versions of that map :)
