🥎❤️ Where it all started…

Before high school ball, before the bigger fields, the long practices, and the memories still waiting to be made… they were just little girls who fell in love with softball.

And now, here we are. 🥹

For some of our girls, freshman year means their high school softball journey is about to begin. So many firsts are ahead of them.

For others, there are still chapters left to write.

And then there are our seniors. ❤️‍🩹

Some of the little girls in these pictures are about to begin their final high school softball season.

Their last first practice.
Their last season opener.
Their last year wearing their high school uniform.
Their last season sharing the field with girls who have become family.

And as parents, I don’t think we’re ever quite ready for that.

It feels like yesterday they were tiny girls carrying softball bags almost as big as they were, learning how to throw, catch, and hit… dreaming about the day they would finally get to play high school ball.

That day is here.

Parents, soak it ALL in this season. Take the pictures. Record the videos. Show up when you can. Cheer too loud. Celebrate the little moments just as much as the big ones.

Because for some of us, we’re about to experience the firsts… and for others, we’re about to experience a whole lot of lasts. 🥹❤️

Different ages. Different journeys. Different chapters.

But they all started the same way…

A little girl. A glove. A field. And a love for the game. 🥎❤️

To our sophomores — your journey is just getting started, with so many memories still waiting to be made.

To our juniors — soak in every moment, because senior year will be here before you know it.

And to our seniors — the little girls who once dreamed of playing high school ball are about to begin their final season. 🥹 This is your last chapter, so play with heart, make the memories, and leave your mark. Let’s make it unforgettable. ❤️

Today, we love a little harder, cheer a little louder, and pray a little stronger. ❤️🙏

We are incredibly proud to have been part of such a meaningful walk. Seeing so many people come together for one powerful purpose was truly special.

So proud to be part of MHS! 🦅 Huge kudos to our cheer, basketball, volleyball, and softball programs for showing up, standing together, and supporting a cause bigger than all of us.

Today, we didn’t just walk together—we stood together. One school. One community. One heart. 💛

Today isn’t about softball. It isn’t about wins, losses, or what happens on the field.

Today is about showing up. 💛🎗️

We show up for the children who have been asked to be braver and stronger than most of us could ever imagine. We show up for the parents who would trade places with them in a heartbeat. For the siblings, families, and loved ones who fight right beside them every single day.

Today, our Lady Eagles walk for EVERY child. EVERY family. EVERY fighter.

We may not know their entire story. We may not understand the weight they carry. But we can stand beside them and remind them of one thing:

YOU ARE NOT ALONE. 💛
