We Flow all year at the beach. Breath in the sea breeze to the rhythm of the waves, the horizon as a focus point, .the ideal environment for Sun~Salutations. Blocked from the north wind or summer sun, warming in the Florida under cover if raining.

All levels Western Style Power Yoga, Fluid Flow, kids welcome to join-in at the beach or sit at picnic tables while parent joins-in. Classes also offered at the local gyms with Child Care offered.
