Sunday evening clinics begin at Minot State this Sunday, September 13! Be sure to get registered - an awesome opportunity to get some training in before the season begins! Your Booster club will reimburse the $200 registration fee if you attend all 7 sessions!

Another opportunity for some preseason training - beginning September 15, Coach Ari will be joining Coach Lopez at open mats! Open mats will be Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at Minot High at 6:00pm - bring a friend who would like to try wrestling!

Our camp with Skylar Grote is quickly approaching!

Saturday, July 11, 10:00am to 12:00pm and 1:30pm to 3:30pm. The girls will stay at the camp during the break and lunch will be served!

Sunday, July 12, 11:00am to 1:00pm and 2:00pm to 3:30pm. **Note the time change from the originally posted times.** The girls will again stay at the camp during the break and lunch will be served.

The wrestling room at Minot State University is in the Student Center, just north of the bookstore (right where the swimming pool used to be)! There is an area for parents to sit and watch, but please, no parents on the mats (parents are not required to stay). Please respect our coaches' time and be on time to pick your wrestler up when the session is complete.

Skylar will have tshirts to sell! There are a few spots open still, so bring a friend! Those who have not paid must pay $100 cash or check at the door.

Most importantly, have fun!

Minot Girls Wrestling will be hosting a girls only, all-ages camp at Minot State University July 11-12, 2026 - we are excited to welcome back camp clinician, Skylar Grote!
