Nodak Ice Affliction

Nodak Ice Affliction Nodak Ice Affliction is a competitve Ice fishing club based out of Minot nd. We are excited to see where this club will take us!

We started in September of 2013 and we are a part of the Ice Federation tournament ice fishing series. NoDak Ice Affliction began when I seen a post on a forum about a new ice fishing organization that just started up in May. The post went something like theres a new ice fishing organization forming with clubs all along the ice belt. There will be tournaments at the club, state and national levels

. If your interested in joining a club in ND let me know. I simply asked if there was a club in Minot and there wasn't so I offered to start one. That was all it took, our name is NoDak Ice Affliction N.I.A and we are ice afflicted. I have been asked what does ice affliction mean? Affliction means great suffering or distress, I have been suffering and in distress for Ice Since April last year. Everyone thinks I am crazy because I wish it was 28 degrees every single day so I could ice fish all year round. I don't have any other way to explain it I just love being on a frozen sheet of ice with a bucket full of 12 inch perch and some of the most beautiful sunsets on earth.
