The decision made by these eight athletes to give everything they had during their Time Trials (on a very sunny 81 degree afternoon) will help them to create a product of PR's, medals & trophies and this season. ⚔️

Please come out and cheer them on next week at the Grundy County Fairgrounds (Morris Early Bird Invite - Wed, Aug 26th) and at Three Sisters Park in Chillicothe (IVC Invite - Fri, Aug 28th)

It was great to have the whole team together for tonight's Gatorade Football Scrimmage. As always we appreciate Head Coach Nick Meyer and the football squad having us out for this event. 💯

Our summer running sessions are now in the books! ✔️ As you can see from these two images, this season looks to have a healthy combination of team camaraderie.... and a drive to make sure your teammate doesn't pass you at the last second! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Our first formal IHSA practice starts at 7AM on Monday, August 10th at the High School. ⚔️🏆💯

Today's road to November took the runners through a race simulation in which they worked on pacing and form to make sure they are finishing fast and strong when they approach the home stretch. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️⚔️🏆

Summer Cross Country training begins tommorow (Tuesday July 7th at 7AM) at New Millennia Park in Minonk. All current Fieldcrest High school students of any level of experience and abilities are encouraged to join us.
