Welcome to Teknique Boxing Gym

At Teknique Boxing Gym we live by 4 words "HARD WORK PAYS OFF, and that's exactly what we believe in. We offer Boxing, Youth Boxing & Personal Training. (Yes we Do Spar-only if you want to). It doesn't matter if you're a mom wanting to learn Self Defense or a child wanting learn and build confidence. We start at age 5 years old to Adult. Teknique Boxing programs are

designed to build character, relationships, increase environmental awareness, self confidence, great stress reliever for adults, as well as gaining a healthier lifestyle.
