I help individuals break down their self-imposed limitations with the use of online fitness training and nutrition, so they have zero excuses to become greater each day.
With over 20 years of experience, I’m passionate about maximizing human potential, especially when it comes to the individuals I work with. I have an athletic background in martial arts as captain of the University of Iowa Taekwondo competition team in 2000 and 2001.I'm experienced with a Olympic weightlifting and Powerlifting.
Personally, I'm never satisfied and never willing to settle. I'm constantly seeking the next challenge. This is why my clients enjoy my methods. We focus on what works. Simple as that.
The Bearkillah project (in collaboration with Project Maximus) provides the high standards and Community Support as a source of inspiration and constant change. It’s steady reminder that there's always more to do, more to achieve, and most importantly, more to learn.
Furthermore, I'm the owner and head coach at CrossFit Twin Cities in Maple Grove, MN, where I use my coaching and leadership skills with the goal of helping people realize that many of their limitations are self-imposed and then seeing them gain confidence through fitness that translates into real, everyday life. Seeing individuals transform each week is where my passion resides.
